The Aleph Hashpa'ah Program trains you to become a Mashpi'a(h) Ruchani(t)/Jewish Spiritual Director, able to serve others in their discernment of their own Divine connection. It is a rigorous two-year program with four in-person intensives, supervision and practica in individual and group modalities. Headed by Rabbi Shawn Zevit, it stands in the lineage of Hasidic yichud while benefiting from the perspective of many contemporary disciplines.

The next cohort will be begin in January 2027. Applications will open in early 2026.
